Mentor Or Inspire Someone
When do you become a mentor to someone? The moment people look up to you on some particular aspects, it is a green light to mentor-ship. When people think that they can emulate your success and get through with your pieces of advice. This thought of mentoring someone often feels fulfilling but it could be challenging for someone to state that you inspire them without you thinking that you do.
This is my point to you, no matter whatever you go through in life, just know that there will always be people who think that it is normal or abnormal but in all of these stay focused. Get up and face it straight and do it like it is the last thing you have to do to be remembered in the good books of history. So from now, start asking yourself that thing that you do so well. You might just need to refine it and get to the spotlight and see how many folks you will inspire with that.
It could simply be the way you advise/counsel people, the way you present on TV or radio programs or reports, the way you speak or teach. Some people are inspired by way you walk or dress. So I think you should use that point to build up some energy and stand out as mentor. Do not take things for granted. Just talking to someone about it can be a healing or a life changing point.
How you handle crisis in your relationship or marriage could make you stand out tall. Sharing your experiences will do a lot of good. When you discover that a lot of people like talking about a particular topic with you, it will just be right moment to build your capacities in that field. There are several ways to make the world better. In this our own era when information is almost free, platforms as these give the chance to everyone to make the world better.
You just need to guide someone with the steps you took in perfecting or handling a particular trait or challenge. It can never be late to be a reference, be that person; people will say you inspired them to get into music, journalism, blogging, tailoring etc. there are so many things that we know, some of these things are gifts from birth, some of them we have acquired them from school exceptionally. Whatever you know doesn’t depend on your level of education if I must remind.
